Please note that there are rules regarding bringing liquids on board!
・Please put liquids in containers of 100ml or less.
・Place the container in a resealable transparent plastic bag of 1 liter or less.
(Maximum of one bag per person)
・Any items that cannot be carried on board will be placed in a suitcase at check-in and left on the plane.

You will receive a shipping cost estimate, confirmation of the pickup date, and a pickup ID from us.
Leave the package you want to send at the hotel front desk. When you do so, kindly provide the front desk with the pickup ID, the name on the request form, and our company’s name.

We will inspect and package the items.
After the total amount is confirmed, we will send you an invoice.
We will confirm receipt of your payment.
We will start shipping the package to the specified delivery address and provide you with the tracking number after shipping.
Receive the package at the delivery address.
